Terms of Service
These terms apply to fruit supply, wellness programmes, gifting and event services provided by Fresh Produce Shoppe.
Quotations & orders
Prices shared in a proposal are indicative of prevailing market rates and are valid for the period stated in that proposal. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing or on WhatsApp.
Delivery
Delivery windows are agreed per location and may be served by FPS or delivery partners. Delays caused by weather, traffic restrictions, strikes or building access are outside our control; recovery arrangements depend on the circumstances.
Quality & replacements
Fruit is a natural product. Report any quality concern on the day of delivery with photographs, and we will replace the affected items on the next delivery run or credit them on your next invoice.
Payments
Invoices are GST-compliant. Credit terms, where extended, are stated on your proposal and remain subject to review. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold until cleared.
Cancellations & changes
Standing-order changes need notice before the cut-off stated in your plan. Custom gifting and event orders, once in production, cannot be cancelled.
